Does Bubble Chocolate® have fewer calories as compared to solid chocolate?
Per ounce Bubble Chocolate has the same caloric count as other non aerated chocolate bars. However, if one compares Bubble Chocolate to a traditional solid chocolate bar, Bubble Chocolate is inherently 1/3 larger because of its micro air bubbles inner core. As a result Bubble Chocolate has fewer calories per volume. Specifically, the air bubbles can act as a natural portion control. The taste is typically more immediate as the aerated chocolate begins to melt on one's tongue. The quick burst of flavor tends to satisfy one's chocolate craving sooner thus leading to a lower caloric intake on average. What is the best way to store Bubble Chocolate®?
Bubble Chocolate® is best stored at a constant, cooler room temperature, not higher than 70°F and not below 55°F. It should also be stored away from light and heat, and without refrigeration. Because chocolate can absorb moisture and odor, it is best to keep chocolate wrapped well and away from highly scented foods or aromatic items.
Are your dark chocolate bars Kosher?
Bubble Chocolate is not certified Kosher. We hope to make it Kosher in the future.
Does Bubble Chocolate contain Dairy?
The milk chocolate bars contain dairy, however the dark chocolate is dairy-free. Milk is not an ingredient in our dark chocolate bars, but they are processed on the same equipment used to process our milk chocolates.
